I have sent a consent request but the player has not received an email?

The emails for consent are sent within the hour. Please ask the player to check their spam/junk folder as some email notifications are incorrectly directed into these folders.


Please also check the player's email address on their WGS record is correct as any error will result in the email not being correctly directed.
